5. Who we share data with
We only share your data with parties that help us run the website. They may only use it on our behalf.
- Hosting and email: the website is hosted by mijn.host, on servers in the Netherlands. Our email runs on Google Workspace; form messages and emails to us arrive there.
- Website management: our website developer has access to the technical side of the website, not to our mailbox.
Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. For this, Google uses safeguards approved by the European Commission: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. If the law requires us to, we may provide data to a government authority.
6. Cookies
The website does not place cookies, including for statistics, advertising or tracking visitors. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, not by other parties.
If we do start using cookies, we will first ask for your consent through a cookie notice and update this statement.
7. Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only people who need it for their work have access to form messages.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data. You can also object to its use, or have its use restricted. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Send your request to romano@certokyc.com. We respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
